Spearheaded by the dedicated founder Mr. Rajasekhar Reddy with the support of Mr. Leela Kumar, Mr. Prashanth Reddy, and Mr. Srikanth Reddy, the academy has swiftly risen to prominence within just a few years. Roy Chess Academy celebrates the overwhelming response from the Kakinada community by expanding its reach to Hyderabad in 2017 and later to Anantpur, Telangana in 2019. Beginning with just three students, the academy's rapid growth to over 40 students bears testimony to its high-quality coaching and welcoming environment. A second branch in Kakinada further exemplifies the academy’s commitment to making chess accessible to a broader audience.
