Located at 45 Wilford Road, Ruddington, the well-equipped facility has everything you need for a great training session. Classes are on Wednesdays from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm and Sundays from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm. The club's about more than just training – it's a community where you’ll get plenty of personalised attention.
