What martial arts classes do you run in Ruislip?

We run kickboxing, grappling and kids classes in a friendly environment, with a focus on fitness and self defence. Our programme includes Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in Gi and no Gi plus Judo fundamentals, as well as kickboxing sessions covering punches, kicks, elbows and knees.

What does your class schedule look like?

We run classes 6 days a week, including kids classes on Monday and Wednesday, kickboxing on Monday, BJJ no-Gi on Tuesday, BJJ beginner's on Wednesday, BJJ Gi on Thursday, and an open mat on Sunday. You can see the full timetable on our Location & Time Table page.
