Welcome to Run Knutsford, an athletic club located in Knutsford, New Zealand. Whether you are a beginner looking to start running or an experienced runner aiming to improve your ability, Run Knutsford is the perfect place for you. We provide a relaxed, friendly, and fun environment for runners of all abilities and experiences.

At Run Knutsford, we believe that running should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their fitness level or experience. From those starting with a couch to 5k programme to runners looking to take their running to the next level, our club is here to help you push your limits and refine your technique. Our aim is to create a supportive community where every runner feels welcome and encouraged.

All our sessions are led by fully qualified England Athletics Coaches, ensuring that you receive the guidance and support you need on your running journey. We meet twice a week, on Mondays and Wednesdays, at various locations in and around Knutsford.

On Mondays at 6:30 pm, we have a continuous run in and around Knutsford. This session is designed to help you build endurance and enjoy the beautiful scenery of our town. On Wednesdays at 6:30 pm, we focus on interval training, which is known to be the most effective way to improve speed and enhance overall performance.

To make things even more convenient, we now offer online payment options for training fees. For just 6 per month, you can attend any of our sessions. At Run Knutsford, we believe that running should be rewarding. That's why we have a rewards system in place for our members. Every run you book and complete will bring you closer to achieving different milestones. Once you reach a certain number of runs, you'll receive special rewards such as an RK Mug, an RK 100 runs T-shirt, and more.

In addition to our regular sessions, we also offer personal coaching services. Whether you need help with fitness development, speed improvement, injury prevention, or race preparation, our experienced coaches are here to assist you. We offer one-to-one coaching sessions, personalised running programmes, and runners MOT sessions, which include gait analysis, functional movement appraisal, and a full written report.
