Sadhana Yog offers guided yoga practice in Pune, focused on Hatha and Kriya principles. Sessions are designed to move "from posture to presence" using breathwork, meditative stillness, and mindful sequencing. The studio includes specialty practices such as Hridaya Bhedan, a yogic backbending sadhana, and Yogic Inversion Flow, a handstand and inversion practice built around Bandha techniques. There is also Nitya Sadhana for daily yog practice and inner discipline.
