Back at our studio in Blacksmiths, Salt & Stone Studio – Pilates offers a welcoming and inclusive environment for all. The studio is located in the beautiful beachside suburb of Blacksmiths, nestled in Lake Macquarie. With its relaxed coastal atmosphere, it's the perfect setting to rejuvenate your mind and body.

At Salt & Stone Studio, we believe in building a community where everyone feels like family. Our team of experienced teachers are not only knowledgeable in Pilates and Barre but are also down to earth and genuinely care about your practise and wellbeing. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, we have classes designed for all levels of fitness and experience. Our Pilates classes focus on core stabilisation, muscle endurance and strength, joint stability, balance, and coordination. With our state-of-the-art reformer machines, you can modify the intensity of your workout by adjusting weights and springs, making it suitable for your individual needs.

In addition to Pilates, we also offer Barre classes, which blend elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates. This low-impact style of training is beginner-friendly and adaptable to different skill sets and ability levels. With a focus on strength, flexibility, and body alignment, our Barre classes will leave you feeling invigorated and balanced.

Salt & Stone Studio has two convenient locations for you to choose from. Our Blacksmiths studio is situated at Shop 1/89-93 Turea St, offering both Pilates and Barre classes. Meanwhile, our Wyong studio at Shop 1/61 Howarth St is solely dedicated to Reformer Pilates. Whichever location you decide, you can expect a warm and inviting space where you can focus on your practise and connect with your body.

To make our studio accessible to everyone, we offer Intro Offers for new clients. You can try our studio with 5 classes for just $55, with a 14-day expiry from your first class. This allows you to explore different classes and find what works best for you.

In addition to our classes, Salt & Stone Studio also hosts special events and retreats. Our Pilates Wellness Retreat, held annually in the picturesque region of Broke, NSW, offers a transformative weekend away. Surrounded by nature's beauty and guided by experienced instructors, you can disconnect from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with your essence.
