Sandra Greacen is a highly regarded Musculoskeletal Therapist, Myotherapist, and Remedial Massage Specialist in Banksia Beach. Sandra holds a Diploma in Remedial Massage and a Bachelor of Health Science in Musculoskeletal Therapy, where she was awarded the top honours in Academic Excellence and Clinical Excellence for her graduating class. Her commitment and expertise have also been recognised through several prestigious awards, including the Business Merit Award from the Caboolture Business Enterprise Centre in July 2012. She was also the recipient of the Excellence in Customer Service and Client Care Conference Scholarship Award from the Australian Association of Massage Therapists and Aon in May 2013. Additionally, Sandra was the national winner and guest speaker at the AAMT Conference in Adelaide and received the AAMT & AIS Soft Tissue Department Postgraduate Sports Scholarship Scheme in 2014.
Through this scholarship, Sandra was able to enhance her skills in soft tissue therapy, specifically in the area of elite sport preparation and rehabilitation. Her training included a ten-day intensive programme at the renowned Australian Institute of Sport in Canberra. Sandra is a current member of the Australian Association of Massage Therapists, also known as Massage and Myotherapy Australia.
In addition to her private practise, Sandra is a Contract Academic for Endeavour College of Natural Health, where she educates students in the Musculoskeletal Therapy degree and supervises MST Wellnation Clinics. She also works as a Locum Therapist for the Australian Institute of Sport and serves as a Sports Therapist for the Women's Tennis Association, providing treatment to athletes at the Brisbane Tennis Centre during major tournaments.
