Our online Pilates classes are open to everyone who is keen to improve their health and wellbeing. We offer several classes each week at various times to suit your schedule. Whether you're a beginner or advanced practitioner, our classes cater to all levels of experience. By practising Pilates with us online, you have the convenience and flexibility to exercise from the comfort of your own home while still receiving expert guidance and support from Sabine.

If you prefer a more structured and personalised approach, our Signature Programme might be the perfect fit for you. This 12-week course includes a mixture of 1:1 sessions, online group practise sessions, and the support and accountability you need to improve your range of movement. Sabine will work closely with you to tailor the programme to your specific goals and needs, ensuring that you get the most out of your Pilates practise.

For those who prefer live, in-person instruction, we also offer Pilates classes at our West Hampstead studio. These classes have a lovely community feel, and Sabine creates a welcoming and supportive environment where you can learn and improve your Pilates skills alongside like-minded individuals. In addition to group classes, Sabine is also available for private sessions, whether you prefer a one-on-one arrangement or a private group setting.

As a Pilates teacher in her own midlife years, Sabine understands the unique challenges that women face during this stage of life. That's why Santis Pilates offers a Menopause Club, where women can come together to share their experiences, learn from each other, and find support and encouragement. Mindful Pilates is a key aspect of our approach, focusing on using movement to restore calm and balance in both mind and body.

At Santis Pilates, we pride ourselves on being an independent studio. We're not part of a franchise or chain of Pilates studios. Sabine's goal is to create a welcoming and accessible space where everyone feels comfortable and supported.
