This 4-month course starting from March 2024 is designed to provide a comprehensive overview of various aspects of yoga, perfect for those looking to deepen their practice or pursue a teaching career.
The course, consisting of 8 sessions meeting one weekend per month, covers a wide range of topics including asana, pranayama, meditation, yogic anatomy, and more. Participants will also receive a neti pot for nasal cleansing, a valuable tool in the practice of yoga.
Interested individuals can choose from various payment options, including discounts for one-time or multiple payments. A support rate and solidarity space are also available for those who have experienced marginalisation.
