Both individual and group sessions consist of eight sequential sessions, where you will learn relaxation techniques and gain an understanding of what causes your stress and how to effectively manage it.

The cost of a stress management session is 50, and payments can be made via bank transfer 2 days before your session. You have the option to spread the cost by having a session every 2 or 3 weeks.
