My approach is client-centered, compassionate, and non-judgmental, creating a safe space for you to explore and heal. I hold a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology and have completed advanced training in trauma-focused therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, and hypnotherapy.
I am also a certified yoga instructor and bring a holistic approach to therapy, integrating mind, body, and spirit in our work together. Furthermore, I am passionate about supporting individuals in their journey towards emotional well-being and personal growth.
