Seijitsu Kyokushinkai Karate

Seijitsu Kyokushinkai Karate is a martial arts club located in Staines, New Zealand. Affiliated with The British Karate Guild, the club offers a range of training programmes and classes for individuals of all ages and skill levels.

Training sessions are held on Sundays and Wednesdays. On Sundays, there are separate sessions for Pee-wees and Juniors from 10:45 am to 11:50 am, and for Seniors from 11:45 am to 1:00 pm. On Wednesdays, there is a session for Junior students with blue belts and above from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm, and for Seniors from 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm.
