Sarah welcomes everyone to Sequoia Yoga, located in Guildford. Since 2017, Sarah has focused on providing the sports community with top-quality teachers and a memorable yoga experience. Starting in Cranleigh, the studio has grown and evolved, always maintaining its roots and offering a blend of East meets West.
Sarah values the Yogic Spirit and ensures the practices at Sequoia Yoga reflect this. Whether you are just starting out or have been practising for years, there are classes and workshops for all levels and interests. The teachers, including Sarah, are friendly and knowledgeable, guiding people through various yoga styles like power yoga and flow classes.
Loni, one of the cherished teachers, has been with Sequoia Yoga for nearly three years. Her one-to-one flow classes are both fun and challenging, offering a supportive environment where students can thrive. Many have seen remarkable progress under her guidance.
