Welcome to Shape It Up Pilates & Yoga, a dedicated Pilates studio located in Rugby, Warwickshire. Since 2002, our main goal has been to deliver safe and effective workouts tailored to each individual's needs. Our experienced teachers take the time to get to know you, allowing us to provide sessions that will help you reduce stiffness, pain, and build strength, balance, and confidence.
At Shape It Up Pilates & Yoga, we offer a variety of classes to suit different needs and preferences. Our small group Pilates classes focus on maintaining and building balance, core strength, and full mobility. It's an opportunity to reconnect with your body and enjoy the benefits of a supportive group environment.
For those who prefer to workout from the comfort of their own homes, we offer live online classes with ongoing feedback and coaching. This ensures that you get the most out of your at-home workout and receive the guidance you require. Additionally, we provide an extensive library of Pilates and cardio core classes on demand, which are updated monthly. These classes are included with all memberships or available as stand-alone options.
Safety is our top priority. We have been delivering safe and effective Pilates and fitness sessions in Rugby for over 20 years and are excited to welcome you to our studio and online sessions. Our experienced instructors will guide you through each session, ensuring you are in safe hands.
In addition to Pilates, we also offer Shape It Up Yoga. Our Yin Yoga class is designed to reduce stiffness and enhance your mind-body connexion through breath work. It's a chance to find stillness and explore the benefits of mindful movement.
If you're unsure where to start or would like more information, we offer free 20-minute Discovery Calls. During these calls, you can confidentially discuss your goals and concerns with one of our instructors and explore how our movement sessions can benefit you.
