Welcome to Shastrang Indian Modern Martial Art, a dynamic and inclusive community in Panchkula dedicated to fostering physical prowess, mental strength, and unwavering confidence. Derived from Sanskrit, Shastrang means "a body becomes a weapon," embodying the essence of our training philosophy: empowering each individual to harness their body's natural abilities for self-defense and overall well-being.
Shastrang offers a wide range of classes tailored to every age group and fitness level. From the joyful energy of Tiny Tigers classes for children to the focused self-improvement found in adult classes, every session aims to enhance health, flexibility, and self-defense skills. Women-specific self-defense classes provide essential skills for safety and confidence, while family classes offer a unique bond-building experience through shared physical activity. For those looking for more intensive training, our professional instructor training and capsule courses promise comprehensive martial arts education.
At Shastrang, the commitment to personal growth extends beyond the physical realm. Embrace mental fortitude through the discipline required in our Power Yoga sessions, or embark on a journey for higher qualifications through our distinctive diploma and certification courses. Every dedicated hour of training brings one closer to overcoming personal challenges and achieving new heights of self-mastery.
