Jennie-May Banks, the founder of Sheepdog Yoga, is a Registered Yoga Teacher and a Registered Social Worker with over 25 years of experience in trauma-sensitive care. Her unique combination of skills and expertise allows her to create a safe and supportive environment for all individuals, regardless of their experience level or physical limitations.
