By harmonising the body and mind, Tai Chi helps to increase circulation, improve flexibility and balance, and reduce physical and mental stresses and strains. It is an art that can be practised for a lifetime, making it suitable for people of all fitness levels and backgrounds.

Led by the experienced and highly skilled instructor, Avril Grant, Sheffield Tai Chi offers evening classes on Wednesdays from 7:30pm to 9:00pm. The classes are held at the Walkley Community Centre, conveniently located at Sheffield S6 3TG. Participants are encouraged to park in the car park provided to ensure ease of access.

Booking is essential as places are limited, with priority given to block bookers. The cost of each session is 7, with concessions available at 6. Alternatively, individuals can opt for a package of 6 consecutive sessions at a discounted rate of 36 (30 for concessions).
