At Shiryodo Karate, we offer both in-person and online training options, providing flexibility in how and when you train. Our basic memberships start from just $21 for one class per week, ensuring that our programme is accessible to everyone. Our classes are tailored to different age groups, ensuring that each student receives personalised attention and instruction. Our Ninja classes are specifically designed for children aged 3-4, helping them gain discipline, self-confidence, independence, and improve their physical fitness, including coordination, flexibility, and strength. Our Dragons classes, for children aged 4-7, offer all the benefits of traditional martial arts adapted specifically for young learners. For youth aged 7-14, our karate classes are designed to develop confidence, self-discipline, and respect while also teaching valuable self-defence skills.
And for seniors aged 14 and above, our traditional karate programme focuses on improving fitness, flexibility, and confidence in self-defence techniques.
