Shropshire Ballet Company runs ballet classes in Newport for adults of all ages and abilities. The programme is designed for mature learners, with Silver Swans classes aimed at building energy, reducing stress and improving balance and posture, while also offering a social group atmosphere. Led by Becky, an ex-professional classical ballet dancer who has retrained with the Royal Academy of Dance and is a qualified, registered teacher. Classes take place in venues around Newport and nearby Telford.
