Sidmouth Taekwondo is a well-established martial arts school located in Sidmouth, Devon. The school offers Tae Kwon-Do classes for men, women, and children in the local communities of Ottery St. Mary and Sidmouth. The school is run by experienced instructors, Andy Taylor (Mr T) and Beth Taylor (Mrs T), both of whom hold a 2nd degree Black Belt. Both instructors are highly qualified and certified Tae Kwon-Do Referees and Umpires, ensuring the highest standards of training and instruction. Additionally, they are DBS checked and have undergone child protection training, equity training, and first aid certification.
The Taylors first started practising Tae Kwon-Do as a form of fitness exercise for their entire family in 2003. Since then, Tae Kwon-Do has been instrumental in maintaining their physical and mental health and flexibility. Their dedication to physical exercise and encouraging others to adopt a healthy lifestyle is evident in their commitment to teaching Tae Kwon-Do to individuals of all ages and abilities.
