In addition to our fantastic facilities, we offer a wide variety of classes to target all areas of fitness. Led by our amazing team of instructors, our classes run throughout the day. From high-intensity boxing power classes to calming yoga sessions, we have something to suit every preference and fitness level. Challenge yourself and tag along to one of our classes; we know you'll love them!
We pride ourselves on our friendly and welcoming environment. We don't charge a joining fee, and various free classes are included in your membership.
