Slo Pitch Ontario

Slo Pitch Ontario in St. Catharines is a well-established athletic club dedicated to the sport of slo-pitch softball. Established in 1982, Slo-Pitch Ontario Association (SPO) has grown to become one of the largest provincial memberships in Canada. Affiliated with Softball Canada, SPO aims to create awareness of slo-pitch softball and provide a platform for participants of all ages and skill levels to enjoy the game.

With over 40 years of experience, SPO is a volunteer-based, not-for-profit organization that offers a range of programs and services to players, teams, coaches, league executives, umpires, and convenors/directors. From league registration to member registration, insurance coverage, the SPOrt Store for gear and merchandise, qualifying tournaments, and the highly anticipated Ontario Championships held in London, SPO ensures a comprehensive and inclusive experience for all its members.

Leagues can register their teams with SPO, gaining access to $5,000,000 liability insurance coverage, scorebooks, invitations to Ontario Championships, and more. Active members enjoy exclusive benefits such as liability insurance, secondary accident and health insurance coverage, access to the SPO Mobile App and Rewards Program, and the opportunity to play in any SPO league or event across the province.
