Unlike crowded and impersonal fitness classes, our small group sessions are capped at just 6 people, allowing our experienced Personal Trainers to provide individual guidance tailored to your needs.

Whether your goal is to boost your cardiovascular fitness, increase your energy and mobility, or build strength, our small group personal training is the perfect solution. Our dedicated Personal Trainers will customise the workouts to suit your specific goals and limitations. They will also offer feedback and corrections to ensure you maintain correct form and technique, minimising the risk of injury while maximising results.
