About
Simon Grey wants to extend a warm welcome to everyone in the sports community to join SMG SCUBA, Tonbridge's top spot for PADI scuba diving education. Nestled within the Tonbridge School Centre, SMG SCUBA offers an array of PADI courses for both youngsters and adults, with excellent facilities that create an ideal environment for all your diving needs.
Simon has always believed in the incredible benefits scuba diving brings to people. It’s more than just an adventure underwater—it instils key life skills such as responsibility, problem-solving, risk assessment, and environmental awareness. For schools, bringing scuba diving to students greatly enhances their educational experience.
SMG SCUBA tailors its courses and experiences to fit the specific needs of individual schools, aligning with their curriculum and schedules. All instructors at SMG SCUBA are seasoned PADI professionals, fully insured with enhanced DBS disclosures, making sure that safety is always a priority. The aim is to make each diving experience enjoyable, fulfilling, educational, and, above all, safe.
Since 2006, SMG SCUBA has been offering high-quality scuba experiences and courses across the South of England. The programmes continue to thrive within schools, colleges, and youth organisations. Recognition came in June 2017 when SMG SCUBA was awarded the status of “Approved Youth Training Centre,” reflecting their dedication to providing excellent training.
