Soar Headquarters

Soar Headquarters (Soar HQ) runs a periodised strength and conditioning program in Henderson, Auckland. It is set up for people who want training centred around their own goals rather than a one size fits all approach. Sessions run within 12 week training cycles with testing at the end of each block to evaluate performance and set goals for the next cycle. The team provides support in a group environment using values of People, respect, confidence, accountability and excellence.
