The training sessions at Society Training are categorised into different types. The STR UPPER session focuses on bench, row, and press variations to build functional upper-body strength. The STR LOWER session centres around squat variations to develop total lower-body strength. The FST PERFORM session includes hinge movement patterns, such as deadlift variations, and full-body movements for a well-rounded workout.
The FST HYBRID session combines functional movement patterns and erg work to improve both strength and endurance. The SWEAT session is designed to improve endurance and can be scaled to suit different fitness levels.
