Pilates and PT programs
~Junior Fitness encourages exercise participation for all children in a fun game like environment.
The circuit and personal programs include a variety of basic physical activities, with use of some gym equipment, focusing on fundamental motor skills and correct technique, helping your children become fit and healthy and have fun in a 45-60 minute fully supervised session in a fitness studio, at the beach, the river and an occasional SUP session.
~ Pilates, small group circuit and programs are run in Ocean Grove and in Barwon Heads.
