What kind of training do you offer?

We are a barbell club for Olympic Weightlifting, with classes that focus on technique, strength building, and functional movement fundamentals.

Who coaches the classes?

Our coaches are professionals led by a national champion, bringing coaching experience across weightlifting, powerlifting, strongman, and high intensity.

How can I check your class schedule?

You can drop into our classes on Wednesday and Friday evenings, and join Pure Oly on Saturday and Sunday.
