He earned his Bachelor of Business Golf Management degree from Georgian College and has worked as an assistant professional at prestigious golf clubs such as Cedar Brae Golf Club and The National Golf Club of Canada. Michel also coached at the Henry Brunton Golf Academy, learning from one of the world's leading golf coaches and educators.

He holds certifications with US Kids Golf, Trackman University, Scott Cowx, and the Certified Golf Coaches Association, ensuring that his students receive top-notch instruction.
