Reiki, on the other hand, is a spiritually guided life force energy that treats the whole person – body, mind, and spirit. Through the laying of hands, Reiki promotes healing, relaxation, and stress reduction.

I also offer Complete Cellular Mind Body Alignment/Complete Cellular Soul Memory Clearing techniques, which work on clearing barriers in the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of our being to help us live to our true potential.
