Karen, a seasoned and award-winning fitness instructor and presenter, has always had a passion for dance, music, and people. Since becoming a certified fitness instructor in 2007, she’s dreamt of creating an inclusive dance fitness programme that's easy to follow and, most importantly, fun.
Drawing from her extensive training in various dance styles, Karen has designed Soul Dance Fitness to feature diverse routines set to uplifting music. Whether it’s chart hits, Latin beats, 80s classics, Soca vibes, or film soundtracks, there's something for everyone.
A standout feature of Soul Dance Fitness is the fantastic atmosphere. Classes are held in a darkened room with mini LED tambourines, creating a disco vibe filled with excitement and positive energy, making each session memorable.
