Located on Clarence Esplanade in the beautiful Southsea seafront of Southsea, Hampshire, the Southsea Splash Pool is a must-visit destination for families with children aged 8 and under. Additionally, the pool is meticulously maintained for cleanliness, with regular chlorination and testing three times a day.

The area also provides ample grassy spaces for families to relax and unwind, creating a perfect spot for a picnic or sunbathing.

The Southsea Splash Pool strives to maintain a family-friendly environment, prioritising the safety and well-being of children. Therefore, the site prohibits the use of BBQs, alcohol, smoking, and dogs. Additionally, cycle racks are available on the pathway for those who prefer eco-friendly transportation options.

Considering the sensitivity of children's skin to the sun, it is highly recommended to bring and apply sunscreen during your visit to the Southsea Splash Pool. It ensures that kids can enjoy the water and outdoor activities without any worries.

Please note that all children must wear swim nappies or appropriate swimwear while in the splash pool area to maintain hygiene and cleanliness.

The Southsea Splash Pool operates during summer, from 6 May 2024 to 18 Sept 2024. Opening hours are from Monday to Sunday, 10:30 am to 6:00 pm.
