What should I wear for my first BJJ class?

Wear comfortable activewear for your first class. A loaner gi can be provided if needed, and jewellery is not allowed on the mats.

Do I need to be fit or flexible before starting BJJ?

No. The classes are designed for all fitness levels and bodies, and you will build skills as you train.

Is Brazilian Jiu Jitsu safe for kids?

Yes. Kids are taught with safety, discipline and development in mind, and training is matched by size, temperament and skill.
