Space Studio, nestled atop Mt Victoria with a stunning view of Wellington harbour, is a retreat just 2kms from the city buzz. Created by long-time locals Lana Bright and Oliver Ferry, this studio is a haven where sports players can find calm, wellness, and thrive.

Lana Bright, the heart of Space Studio, brings over 30 years of teaching, coaching, and mentoring experience. Her classes focus on boosting your strengths and breaking through barriers, leading you on a transformative journey of vitality and peace.

Oliver Ferry, co-owner, combines his dental surgeon background with a passion for yoga and cycling. He specialises in Yin Yoga, teaching the power of breath and mindfulness to navigate challenges and restore natural movement.

Susan Simpson, with her dance and physiotherapy background, brings a deep understanding of body mechanics to her yoga classes. Her sessions encourage you to explore your movement potential, balancing strength and flexibility.
