Spinalis Pilates Studio

Spinalis Pilates Studio, located in Kingston upon Thames, offers specialised Pilates and GYROTONIC classes that are tailored to individual needs. With a focus on keeping clients in shape, looking good, and feeling great, Spinalis provides exclusive private or semi-private classes, allowing for personalised attention and instruction.

At Spinalis, the highest standards of teaching are upheld, and state-of-the-art Pilates and GYROTONIC equipment is used to deliver effective and efficient workouts. The studio offers programmes that are based on each client's unique needs and requirements, catering to both fitness and remedial goals. Clients of all ages and abilities are welcome, and pre and post-natal fitness programmes are available.

To help clients discover the benefits of equipment-based Pilates or GYROTONIC, Spinalis offers a free “Discover Equipment Based Pilates or GYROTONIC” class. In this one-hour session, the studio works closely with clients to understand their fitness goals and customise their training accordingly.

Spinalis is also dedicated to supporting the NHS and is proud to be partnering with Kingston Hospital Charity (charity number 1056510) to show appreciation for the front-line staff at Kingston Hospital. As a continued thank you for their incredible efforts during and following the COVID-19 pandemic, Spinalis donates 3% of clients' session fees to the charity.

In response to the COVID-19 lockdown, Spinalis Pilates launched online, live, one-on-one Pilates sessions with director and coach Christine Carter. These sessions are conducted via the Zoom app, allowing clients to workout from the comfort of their own homes while receiving personalised instructions and guidance from the studio. Each session lasts for one hour.

For those who have never tried Pilates before or want to explore the benefits of online Pilates, Spinalis offers a free “Discover Live, Online Pilates Class. ” In this one-hour session, clients will connect through the Zoom app, discuss their goals and desired outcomes, undergo a brief postural assessment, and explore how future training can benefit them.

After experiencing the free session, clients are encouraged to enrol in the Online Newcomers course, where they can continue to reap the benefits of one-on-one Pilates training from the comfort of their own homes.
