Just a quick note from Mike, your trusty organiser. So, the Sports and Wellness Hub in Coventry is the place to be if you're into sports, fitness, or just want to unwind a bit. It's got everything – a gym, rock climbing, swimming pool, you name it.
Mike's sorted out some top-notch gear in the gym, whether you’re just starting or you’ve been at it for years. Plus, there are all sorts of classes – yoga, pilates, HIIT – take your pick!
The 25-metre pool is a gem. Perfect for a few laps or just a bit of relaxation to let the day’s stress melt away.
Feeling adventurous? The Climbing Centre is a blast. Routes for all skill levels, so whether you’re a newbie or a seasoned climber, you’re all set.
That’s not all. There are squash and tennis courts, football pitches, and even a physio and sports massage area. Loads of ways to stay active and keep healthy.
It’s more than just a place to work out. Mike sees it as a community. Part of Team Warwick, you’ll meet loads of like-minded folks and have access to exclusive student memberships. It’s a brilliant way to stay motivated.
Don’t forget the University of Warwick Moves+ app. Earn points for every step, swim, run, or ride. A bit of extra motivation never hurts, right?
Located right on the University of Warwick campus, it’s super accessible. Open from 6:00am to 11:00pm on weekdays and 7:00am to 8:00pm on weekends, there’s always time to drop by.
