Spring Skills & Scrimmage Basketball Sessions

During each session, you'll work on key skills like shooting, passing, dribbling, footwork, agility, and more through circuit and station training. Not only will you see improvements in your game, but you'll also get a good workout to boost your cardiovascular health.

The second half of the session is all about putting those skills to the test in scrimmage games. It's a chance to show off what you've learned and compete in a friendly 4v4 or 5v5 format.
