With a wide range of dance styles covered in a single session, including Latin American, Ballroom, Rock 'n' Roll, Mambo, Salsa, Freestyle, and Commercial Street Dance, students will never be bored. From the sultry moves of the Rumba to the high-energy steps of the Jive, there's something for everyone to enjoy.

Not only do the classes provide a chance to learn different dance styles, but they also focus on essential aspects like proper warm-up and cool-down exercises. Swing & Sway understands the importance of taking care of growing muscles and aims to create a safe space where kids can develop their skills without risking injury.

In line with the IDTA curriculum, students have the opportunity to collect 12 Stardance awards, recognising their progress and achievements. And for those who are eager to take their dancing to the next level, Swing & Sway offers training towards the Primary Grades in Latin, Ballroom, and Freestyle, which are regulated by OFQUAL.

The classes run during school term time, ensuring that students can fit them into their busy schedules. Plus, at just £6 per lesson, payable in half-termly instalments, it's an affordable option for families who want their child to explore their love for dance.
