Have fun in a supportive environment. This programme is open to athletes of all ages and skill levels. Athletes will be introduced to basic cheerleading skills such as jumps, stunts, and cheers, as well as focus on building strength and flexibility. The FUNdamentals programme is a great starting point for athletes who are interested in cheerleading but may not be ready for the competitive aspect.

Dance Star Spirit offers a variety of dance classes for all ages and skill levels. From ballet to hip-hop, our experienced instructors are dedicated to providing a positive and nurturing environment for dancers to learn and grow. Whether your child is a beginner or has previous dance experience, they will have the opportunity to develop their technique, musicality, and performance skills. Our dance classes focus on building strength, flexibility, and coordination, while also fostering creativity and self-expression.

Tiny Sparks Our Little Sparks Tiny Programme is specifically designed for our youngest athletes, ages 18 months to 3 years old. In this programme, children will have the opportunity to explore movement, rhythm, and coordination through age-appropriate activities and games. Our experienced instructors will guide your child in developing their gross motor skills and introducing them to basic tumbling and dance skills. The Tiny Sparks programme is a fun and engaging way for young children to experience gymnastics and dance in a safe and supportive environment.

Tumbling Tumbling classes at Star Spirit are perfect for athletes who want to improve their acrobatic skills and build strength and flexibility. Our experienced tumbling coaches will guide athletes through progressions and drills to help them develop the skills necessary for tumbling, such as forward rolls, cartwheels, and back handsprings. Whether your child is just starting out or has previous tumbling experience, they will have the opportunity to learn and perfect their skills in a supportive and challenging environment.

Aerial Our Aerial Programme offers classes in aerial silks, aerial hoop, and pole fitness for athletes of all ages and skill levels. Our experienced aerial instructors will guide athletes through progressions and drills to help them build strength and flexibility, while also teaching them proper technique and safety precautions. Whether your child is a beginner or has previous aerial experience, they will have the opportunity to learn and master a variety of aerial skills in a safe and supportive environment.
