At Stones, they’re all about quality without breaking the bank. You’ll find a separate cardio room packed with over 30 stations, a resistance training room, and a vast free weights area with dumbbells ranging from 1 kg to a whopping 100 kg. Plus, there are plenty of elliptical trainers, treadmills, rowers, and bikes to get your heart pumping.

After a tough session, unwind in their male or female saunas to relax and recharge. Memberships give you unlimited access to both the gym and sauna. Whether you’re after a standard membership, a training partner one, a student deal, or a ladies-only option, they’ve got you covered.

Speaking of the ladies, Stones Gym launched a ladies-only gym in January 2020, offering a comfortable, supportive space for women to work out. These memberships start at 24 and include access to the ladies-only sauna and free parking.

Stones Gym is open every day to fit into your busy life – from 6:30am to 10:00pm on weekdays and 9:00am to 6:00pm on weekends.
