Strength classes at Strength and Mobility focus on Gymnastics Strength Training (GST), Bodyweight Training, and Masters Strength. These classes are designed to develop your overall strength, muscular endurance, and body control. Whether you're a beginner or advanced athlete, our experienced trainers will guide you through exercises that target your specific goals.

Gymnastics Strength Training incorporates elements of gymnastics to improve bodyweight strength and mobility. You will learn foundational movements such as handstands, muscle-ups, and ring work. Our trainers will provide progressions and modifications to ensure that you can safely and effectively work towards mastering these skills.

Bodyweight Training is a functional training method that uses your bodyweight to build strength and increase muscle tone. This class focuses on compound exercises that target multiple muscle groups simultaneously. Through bodyweight training, you will improve your overall fitness and functional movement patterns.

Masters Strength is a class specifically designed for individuals aged 50 and above. It caters to all fitness levels and focuses on developing strength, flexibility, and mobility. Our trainers will ensure that exercises are modified to suit your abilities, making this class safe and enjoyable for everyone.

Our strength classes are suitable for individuals of all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes. The workouts are challenging yet adaptable, allowing you to progress at your own pace. Our trainers provide personalised attention and guidance to ensure proper form and technique, minimising the risk of injuries.

Strength and Mobility's Spring term runs for 10 weeks, starting on Monday 9 October 2023, aligning with the ACT school term. Enrolments are currently open, and you can reserve your spot by emailing us at info@strengthandmobility. Com. au.

AnnouncementsPlease note that some classes in the Spring term may already be full. Check the timetable page for up-to-date information on class availability. Additionally, please be aware that Merryn, one of our trainers, will be overseas during weeks 5-8 of the Spring term. As a result, some classes will only run for 6 weeks, and fees will be adjusted accordingly.
