About
Located in Eastgardens, Sydney, Stretch Base Studio is a Pilates studio that offers small group stretch classes designed to realign, restore, and relax the body. Whether you're experiencing stiffness, sore muscles, or back pain, our stretch sessions can help reverse the damage caused by modern living.
Our studio is perfect for individuals who spend long hours sitting behind a desk, work hard in the gym or sports training, or even those who tend to worry too much and forget to take care of their bodies. By adding stretching to your fitness routine, you can improve your flexibility, mobility, and overall well-being.
At Stretch Base, we offer a variety of stretch classes that cater to different needs and fitness levels. From our lower body stretch class that focuses on elasticity and strength, to our healthy spine stretch class that emphasises posture and alignment, we have something for everyone. Additionally, we offer a full body stretch class, which combines flexibility and mobility exercises, as well as classes specifically designed for children and teenagers.
Contrary to popular belief, our stretch classes are not just for dancers and gymnasts. Everyone can benefit from stretching, regardless of their natural flexibility. We tailor our exercises to match each individual's ability, and we have clients ranging from bodybuilders to sportsmen who are addicted to our classes. Plus, with classes that are only an hour long, you can easily fit stretching into your busy schedule and experience the incredible difference it can make to your body, mind, and spirit.
We pride ourselves on providing guaranteed individual attention to all our clients. With a maximum class size of 10, our highly qualified Pilates trainers and flexologists ensure that each exercise is explained, demonstrated, and modified to suit your specific needs. You'll never feel left out or left behind in our studio.
