About
Strikers Waikato runs football coaching and training for kids and adults in Hamilton, with sessions built around technical skills, tactical understanding, fitness, and match play. The kids programme focuses on bringing young players from grassroots foundations toward higher-level development using coaching methodologies. Adult training includes warm ups, technical drills, 45 minutes of match time, fitness workouts, and cool down stretches, supporting both game skills and overall conditioning for cricket and football participants.
