Stronger Coast Fitness provides movement-focused personal training in Gibsons, B.C. Sessions are delivered in-person at a private home gym, built around proper form, full range of motion, and slow controlled tempo. Daniel Bevan designs tailored programs using full-body strength work, functional movement patterns, core stability, unilateral training, grip strength, and balance-focused stabilizer muscles.
