Mats are available for rent for a minimal fee of $2, or participants can bring their own mat, a towel, water, and wear comfortable clothing.

The studio offers a variety of classes including Aerial Yoga, Yoga Flow, and Yin Yoga. The benefits of practising yoga include improved health, increased concentration, a balanced mind, better sleep, weight loss, stronger bones, increased flexibility, and lowered blood pressure.

For those new to hot yoga, Studio Yoga Tribe offers classes in a heated room ranging from 28 to 35C. While participants may feel very warm during their first class, the body will acclimate to the heat over time. Students are encouraged to go at their own pace, take breaks as needed, and stay hydrated.
