The Subtropical Swimming Paradise is open daily from 10am to 9pm, although opening times may vary during the Christmas period. Please note that during busier times, we may need to restrict entry for your safety if we reach capacity.

Book a Cabana for 6–8 people and enjoy the luxury of having food and drinks delivered directly to your Cabana. Cabana Cove guests can also unwind in the secluded whirlpool reserved exclusively for them.
At Subtropical Swimming Paradise, aquatic adventures are available for all ages. For our youngest guests, we offer Baby Dolphins, a fun, and free pool session designed specifically for children under 3. This session helps introduce babies and toddlers to the joys of being in the water. Aqua Jetting is an exhilarating activity for older children and adults, where you can splash, dive, twist, and turn.
Minimum age for Aqua Jetting is 8 years and participants must be able to swim 25 metres. Little ones aged 3 to 7 can experience the thrill of riding a mini jet ski in our pool-based Mini Jet Skis activity.
In our commitment to accessibility, Changing Places facilities are available at all our villages within the Subtropical Swimming Paradise. These facilities are designed to cater to guests with additional needs, including a mobile shower changer, hoist, wash basin, and a toilet with drop-down grab rails.
