About
Immerse yourself in a day of rejuvenation at the Summer Solstice Day Retreat hosted by Yoga with Emma. The day kicks off with a gentle and grounding meditation within a stone circle, surrounded by ancient energy. Participants will then transition to a Mongolian yurt near Didcot, offering serene surroundings and stunning views of the Chiltern Hills.
The day's itinerary is packed with activities to nourish the mind, body, and soul. From Hatha and Yin Yoga sessions to meditation, Yoga Nidra, a nature walk through the historic Wittenham Clumps, aromatherapy with essential oils, and sound healing - there's something for everyone. And let's not forget the delightful vegan cake included in the afternoon tea!
Make sure to bring a packed lunch for the midday break. The retreat will run from 10:30 am to 4:00 pm at the Mongolian Yurt on Haddon Acre, Sires Hill, Didcot OX11 9BG, conveniently located near Wallingford & Didcot.
