Sunset Pilates

Sunset Pilates offers reformer pilates in New Westminster at 635, Sixth Street. Classes are designed for all experience levels, from first time on the reformer to returning for a deeper practice. The focus is on thoughtfully designed sessions that support strength, flexibility, and body awareness, with expert instructor guidance. Grip socks are required for Pilates to help with traction, stability, and safer movement on the reformer and studio floors.
