The mission at Swasthya is embodied in the Sanskrit phrases: "Heyam Dukham Anagatam" for prevention, "Samattvam Yoga Uchyate" for balance and cure, and "Sa Tu Dirghakala Nairantarya Satkarasevito Dridhabhumih" for sustained well-being. Rooted in these ancient principles, the institute employs gentle, prop-assisted techniques that are accommodating for all, even those unable to perform active yoga.
