SWAT Sutherland Walk and Talk

Our Heart Foundation walking group is mostly made up of people who are retired though we are still fit and active. About 8-10 people walk with us every first and third Tuesday of the month. Walks are often in the Sutherland Shire in National Parks though sometimes we go further afield into the Blue Mountains, down to Kiama, or around Sydney Harbour. We travel by both car and public transport. We pick up people who come by train at Kirrawee station.
